To start a trade-in, please use the Contact/Trade-In Inquiry form linked in the menu or on our homepage. Once we agree on terms, the buyer is responsible for shipping their item to TPP. After we receive and inspect the item to confirm it’s in working condition, any remaining balance will be collected or paid. Your new marker will then be shipped out within 24-48 hours, with TPP responsible for shipping.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to TPP. Once the item is received and passes inspection, a refund will be issued.
